  • In today's fast paced global business environment, handling paper and managing electronically-saved information are two bottlenecks that an organization can no longer afford.

With legislation such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accounting Act (HIPAA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and the revised Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), plus the skyrocketing costs of electronic discovery, these are no longer merely a drain on an organization's productivity; they can be financially devastating if not properly managed.

DocumentLOKTM and ContentLOKTM, the innovative document and content management products from Bull Valley Software, allow your organization to spend more time on business-critical and income-producing projects - instead of on administrative and paper-based chores.

ITCS, LLC - LighthouseTM V1.0

July 2008

ITCS was contracted by Runnemede Public Library to develop a replacement Library Management Software. Runnemede Public Library was using Winnebago - Spectrum that was not being supported by the latest owners. They were having problems with Spectrum and it was determined that there was no upgrade to the software. Their only option was to replace the software, but the company was very light on what there software looked like and was not reassuring to them as that the corrupted Spectrum data would be correct in their software. Kathleen Vasinda - Librarian and the board decided to look at other avenues. ITCS offered to develop an application  that resembled Spectrum, but added many new features that they wanted. ITCS decided to develop a complete Library management software for small and medium size Libraries called Lighthouse - Lighting the way in Library automation.

.The first (Patrons) of the three major (Patrons, Materials & Circulation) sections of the Lighthouse was installed and operational in October 2008.

The second (Materials) section of the Lighthouse was installed in December 2008.
