    • iBackUp offers its customers that ability to perform offsite backups of their PC, Workstation and Server to ITCS's Storage Servers.
    • iBackUp lets you control what to backup, when to backup and what to restore your data.
    • iBackUp - Individual offers a low monthly storage fee, based on the actual storage used each month.
    • iBackUp- Small & Medium Business offers a low monthly storage fee, based on actual storage used each month.
    ITCS is able to monitor your PC/Workstation, Server, Network and correct problem before you know that there was even an issue.
  • ITCS is notified via e-mail that there is a possible or is an issue with your PC/WS, Server or Network appliance.
  • ITCS weekly checks your Servers Event Logs, Storage usage, Memory usage, Etc.
  • ITCS can monitor your backups and will either advise you or take care of any issue that arise.
  • ITCS can use iBackup to backup your data from a server to ITCS offsite for disaster recovery.
  • ITCS can perform disaster recovery testing of your backups to validate the media and procedure to restore your data.
